UPS Freight at 650 South Acacia Avenue, Fullerton, California.

This was my first visit to a UPS Freight location.
1st contact: They sent the freight back to shipper in IL the very next day after 1st delivery attempt via AIR!! Had to wait extra 5 days because of this.
2nd contact: 1st lady hung up on me, 2nd Refused to deliver without lift gate - I get it, the shipper messed this up and didn't add it to delivery, not UPS fault.
3rd contact: Location does not accommodate for will-call pick up clients.
Staff not the rudest but lacks customer service - lady yelled at me to come to her desk instead of getting up to see what I needed (no reception desk). Office is really dirty and there is a lack of privacy. I was literally left alone in front of someones desk with computers unlocked, private paperwork out in the open. ***Lady even left her phone unlocked (she was on fb... her desk was a mess) for like 20 min! I didn't touch anything but damn.... I got my freight loaded into my car and got the heck out of there... overall, rude, messy, lacks organization. Idk, I'm venting. (side note, how are wheelchairs suppose to get in here???? - picture)
