Thus far, it has been a month since they recommended surgery for my husband. He's been in discomfort for quite some time. So reasonably we waited for authorization from insurance to come through, which it did in couple weeks, but now it's been a run around to schedule his surgery date. The lady who supposedly schedules the appointments has not returned any calls, and when we call she's never there. Cherry on top of that, no one can tell us how much the hospital cost will be. Just a mess. Front office needs a bit of re-training. Also, they called my cell phone number yesterday and then told me to have my husband call them back because I'm not authorized to receive any information. We have filled out the HIPPA forms many times already. And then I tell her to stop calling me and call my husbands number instead, and she tells me his number is "not receiving messages and is disconnected". What kind of baloney is that. I just talked to my husband a minute ago....so no its not disconnected. Oh my gosh, these people are unbelievable.
