Karmel Shuttle at 2481 East Orangethorpe Avenue, Fullerton, California.

Do not use this shuttle service!!!! The worst customer service and the worst drivers. First, they do not seem to care about their customers because they drive like idiots, almost getting into multiple car accidents. Second, we were told to phone a day in advance to confirm our pick up time. The man on the phone told us to phone them once we were ready at the airport. The next day we were meeting some family at the airport a little later than we had expected. Anyway, we called Karmel and they said “We had a shuttle waiting for you for 2 hours, you weren’t there. We can come back for another $100 charge because I need to pay my employee”. We were frustrated but gave them our credit card and waited for them to come... just to find out that they were coming to pick up other people anyway. Never use Karmel.
