Grand Inn at 1000 Euclid Street, Fullerton, California.

I truly recommend not staying here. Says it’s a non-smoking place but that’s not a fact. Walking in you can already smell how bad it is. Now imagine sleeping through the night smelling it, not comfortable. I chose this place because non-smoking because my son has asthma. The moment I went in just to check the room and back out to my car the smell so strong that it even made my stomach hurt with a burning sensation and heart burn feeling. I seriously think this is a health issue and the health department should come in this place to investigate. But again I DONT recommend this place unless your a smoker of course you wouldn’t mind. Didn’t even stay here, we really had to ask for a refund and the front desk was nicely understandable of our situation with my son and fully refunded us our 2 night stay.

Nice hotel. Stayed in an older room though, could definitely use an upgrade! Apparently another part of the hotel has upgraded rooms...a little disappointed that we weren't ordered one of those rooms for only $3 more a night. Also, no elevator and no one to help with luggage. That can make it very tricky if you have heavier bags that need to be taken upstairs. The hotel is centrally located though so it's close to places to eat and make a quick stop for hygiene essentials and things of that nature. What really sets it apart though is the staff and customer service. Front desk clerks are very polite and helpful!!
