I went there with many good items still with their tags, never used, good brand names. They'd said over the phone that yes they wanted those items. But it was a total waste of time and effort, they bought NOTHING and the snooty hipster buyer was condescending to top it all off. I ended up donating everything to a homeless man and the Salvation Army. This place used to be good, now it seems racist (they're only good to people of color) and arrogant and rude. Like all the other one-stars in here say, I agree.
